The Program store sells ready-made plans with a fixed timeline and a clear goal. Buy one and it drops into your active programs on the start date you choose.

Buy a program
- Open Program store, or click "Program store →" from Program.
- Find a plan — each card shows its length, goal, equipment, and price.
- Set the "Start" date.
- Click "Buy program" to open Stripe's secure checkout and pay.
- After payment you're returned to Program, where the plan is now active on your start date.
Not signed in yet? You can browse the full public catalog without an account — buying takes a free account so your program has a training log to live in.
Programs marked "Coming soon" aren't purchasable yet. Payment runs through Stripe's hosted checkout — Composite Athlete never sees your card details — and each program is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
