Entering your PRs, maxes & race times
Enter your current maxes, PRs, and race times on the PRs & Maxes page so your program prescribes the right loads and paces.
Your PRs & Maxes page is where you keep the numbers that anchor your training. Open it from the "PRs" tab in the nav — the page itself is headed "PRs & Maxes" at /maxes.
You'll see one card per sport on your profile, each grouping the movements that sport uses as loading and pace anchors — 1RM lifts, best times, and max-rep skills. If you see "No sport on your profile yet", add your sport first; your tracked benchmarks come from it (see Setting up your training profile).
Add or update a value
- Open PRs & Maxes and find the sport card you want to update.
- Type each value in your own units — weights in lb or kg, times as m:ss or h:mm:ss.
- Set the "date achieved" beside it so your history stays accurate.
- Click "Save". A single "Save" persists every change on that card and leaves unchanged rows alone.
For time-based rows, a derived pace — per mile or per km for runs, a /500m split for erg work — appears next to your entry so you can sanity-check it.
History and auto-updates
Click "History" on any row to see its dated progression; your best result is marked "PR", and edits your coach made are tagged too. When you log a training session that beats a tracked value, that max updates automatically — so the ledger stays current between formal tests.
