Getting a meal plan
Pick a free starter meal plan, or generate a full week solved to your macros with Pro — daily targets show on the plan card.
Your meal plan sets your daily macro targets and gives you meals to hit them. Open it from Meals. There are two ways to get one: a free starter plan, or a Pro-generated week.
Start free with a starter plan
- On Meals, scroll to "Starter meal plans".
- Each card shows the plan name, its rough targets (for example "~2,400 cal · 180g protein"), and diet tags.
- Click "Use this plan" on the one you want. It becomes your current plan, sets your daily calorie and protein targets, and gives you a full sample day of meals.
Plans are filtered to the allergens in your profile automatically, so options that conflict with them are hidden. Keep your allergen profile current, and always check the ingredients of anything you eat — a plan is guidance, not a substitute for reading labels. If you've set a diet preference, only matching plans show by default — click "Show all plans (N more)" to see the rest, or "Only [your diet] plans" to filter again.
Generate a full week (Pro)
With Pro you can generate a 7-day plan solved to your exact macro targets — allergen-safe and tuned to your sport.
- Click "Generate my week" (or "Regenerate week" if you already have a plan).
- Generation runs in the background for about 1–2 minutes; you'll see "Building your week…". You can stay on the page.
- When it finishes, your plan appears under "Your week", along with a grocery list and a batch-prep plan.
Whichever plan you're on, the "Daily targets · plan v{n}" card at the top shows your Calories, Protein, Carbs, and Fat. The version number bumps each time you pick or regenerate a plan.
